We regularly serve Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and other nearby areas. If your event falls just outside this range, we can often accommodate with advance notice — just reach out and we'll confirm availability for your location.

Getting set up with Suites On Wheels is simple:Request a Quote – Tell us your event date, guest count, and location, and we'll send you a custom quote.Site Visit (if needed) – For larger events or sites with limited power/water access, we may schedule a quick visit to confirm setup details.Book & Deposit – Secure your date with a 25% deposit; the balance is due 7 days before your event.Delivery & Setup – We deliver, position, and fully set up the trailer ahead of your event — if your site doesn't have power or water available, we provide both at no additional cost.Enjoy Your Event – Clean, climate-controlled restrooms ready for your guests.Pickup & Pump-Out – After your event, we handle pickup and pump-out — no cleanup needed on your end.

The trailer can run on either standard shore power or a generator. Ideally, we plug into a dedicated 30-amp circuit within 100 feet of the trailer placement — though a 20-amp circuit can work in some cases depending on the equipment running. If a suitable circuit isn't available, we bring a generator (gas or propane) to power the trailer — fuel included, delivered full.For water, the trailer has its own 200-gallon freshwater tank, delivered full and ready to go. If your site has water access, we can also connect directly to that as a backup or for extended events. Waste is collected in an onboard 400-gallon tank and pumped out after each use.Either way, we confirm the exact power and water setup during booking or an on-site visit — so everything's ready before your event.
